To learn more, please visit: is a remote/hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team. This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building a pipeline of top-tier talent for our Financial Advisor openings with Lenox, as well as coordinating the day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and industry expertise to attract highly qualified professionals. This position is very hands-on and requires and individual who can focus energy in a variety of places at the same time. The team will cultivate those sourced connections, as prospects are vetted throughout the recruitment process. Solid relationship-building skills are critical, as is a desire to maintain order and momentum.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: General DutiesProactively source a high volume of candidates for the Financial Advisor role, with a focus on experienced candidatesUtilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and employee referralsGenerate leads and conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate qualifications, career aspirations, and cultural fit.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Foster relationships with candidates throughout the interview processMaintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking systemRun reports to analyze recruiting metricsAssist with marketing the firm through attraction campaigns and firm social media presenceStay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to identify top talentRepresent the company's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.JOB COMPETENCIES: Required Knowledge /Skills AbilitiesA great connector; outgoing and comfortable interacting with (phone, in-person) and influencing people at all levels inside and outside the firm.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationshipsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly connected on social mediaDedicated to reaching a goal, and comfortable with repeating the same series of tasks to get thereProven experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and ATS platformsUnderstanding of financial services roles and industryHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPassion for recruiting and staying ahead of industry trendsRequired Behaviors/AttitudesDemonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the jobBehaves in a way that leads others to trust him/herRespects the confidentiality of informationTakes responsibility and accountabilityPresents an appropriate professional appearance and demeanorPresents a cheerful, positive demeanorTakes initiativeEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree preferred2-5 years recruiting experience, or commensurate sales experience/inside sales experienceExperience in a people-facing environmentPrior experience analyzing reports and metricsWhat We Offer:We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $52,000 - $69,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
