Ruhling & Associates, CPAs is looking for a full-time Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager to join our growing team. Were a small, well-established CPA firm offering a flexible schedule, hybrid work, and a collaborative low-stress environment.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare & review federal and state tax returns (individuals, businesses, trusts, estates)
• Analyze client tax data and make trial balance adjustments
• Update depreciation schedules and perform light accounting tasks
• Serve a high-quality client base of professionals and small business owners

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
• Strong Excel and communication skills QuickBooks knowledge a plus
• A growth oriented mindset and appreciation for flexibility

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
