Positions SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic, growing marketing team. You will be instrumental in helping our organization shape and amplify our brand voice across multiple platforms and audiences for the companies within our corporate portfolio, spanning the following industries: material handling, terminal automation, supply chain, and sports & entertainment.The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing messaging, branding, and content initiatives that support our brand identity, campaigns, and business objectives. This role will lead content creation (such as blogs, website copy, press releases, white papers, brochures, case studies, etc.,), manage social media channels, and ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.This role is located on-site at our Homewood, IL headquarters.Essentials FunctionsDevelop and refine company messaging frameworks, brand voice, and positioningEnsure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and stakeholdersWrite, edit, and manage high-quality content including blogs, press releases, social posts, case studies, ad copy, etc.,Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership contentOwn and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram primarily)Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor performance, and drive engagementWork closely with the marketing director, HR, internal communications, and business unit leaders to support company-wide initiatives and campaignsCoordinate with external vendors or agencies as neededCollaborate with HR on employer branding and company culture marketingWork closely with the marketing director and thought leaders across the organization for obtaining editorial placements and media coverageQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or corporate communications-preferably in a B2B or industrial settingExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skillsStrong understanding of branding, tone, and messagingProficiency in content tools (WordPress) and social media schedulingAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience with light graphic editing (Canva, Adobe Express) a plusCompensation/Benefits:We foster a collaborative team environment that values innovation and encourages creative solutions to drive positive organizational impact. Our employees are the key to our success and help us stand out from our competitors. The base pay range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000. The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
