NFL Media is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support broadcast and media operations. The role involves supporting operational goals, implementing HR initiatives, and acting as a trusted HR resource. Responsibilities include providing HR services, supporting HR initiatives, managing COVID-related matters, responding to employee inquiries, resource planning, facilitating HR programs and events, maintaining confidentiality, supporting HR processes, analyzing exit surveys, and other projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR services such as policy interpretation, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and recognition.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and lifecycle activities for the designated group.
- Serve as campus ICO and manage COVID-19 related matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with resource planning, staffing, offboarding, reporting, and audits for seasonal workforce.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR programs and processes.
- Facilitate site-wide events like benefits fairs and team celebrations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
- Support HR Business Partners with data changes, requisitions, training, and questions.
- Analyze and interpret exit survey data, providing recommendations.
- Assist with other special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 1 year of progressive HR experience.
- Understanding of core HR functions such as staffing, onboarding, data analysis, and offboarding.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate concepts into actions.
- Consultative and authentic relationship-building style.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and diplomacy in interactions.

Salary
