NFL Media is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support broadcast and media operations. The role involves supporting operational goals, implementing HR initiatives, and acting as a trusted HR resource. Responsibilities include providing HR services, supporting HR initiatives, managing COVID-related matters, responding to employee inquiries, resource planning, facilitating HR programs and events, maintaining confidentiality, supporting HR processes, analyzing exit surveys, and other projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide HR services such as policy interpretation, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and recognition.
  2. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and lifecycle activities for the designated group.
  3. Serve as campus ICO and manage COVID-19 related matters.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
  5. Assist with resource planning, staffing, offboarding, reporting, and audits for seasonal workforce.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing HR programs and processes.
  7. Facilitate site-wide events like benefits fairs and team celebrations.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
  9. Support HR Business Partners with data changes, requisitions, training, and questions.
  10. Analyze and interpret exit survey data, providing recommendations.
  11. Assist with other special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1 year of progressive HR experience.
  • Understanding of core HR functions such as staffing, onboarding, data analysis, and offboarding.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate concepts into actions.
  • Consultative and authentic relationship-building style.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and diplomacy in interactions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in entertainment or sports industry.
  • Experience with Oracle, Greenhouse, and Qualtrics.

Work Terms

Salary

Range: $27 per hour. Position requires onsite presence; no remote work or relocation assistance. NFL values diversity and inclusion.
