Role Overview:

We are seeking several highly driven Business Development Managers with experience in IT and/or Engineering staffing. This role is pivotal in driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a top-tier staffing provider in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business in IT and Engineering staffing.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
