ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The B2B Demand Generation Manager serves as the strategic link between marketing and sales, ensuring that Ballyhoos target accounts receive personalized, high-impact engagement that drives lead generation, proposal creation, and conversions. You will develop and implement account based marketing (ABM) strategies, scale best practices, and create demand-generation programs that directly contribute to Ballyhoos success. Over time, you will have the opportunity to expand your role and lead a growing team. This position is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who excels at designing and executing account-based campaigns that generate demand and accelerate sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in key industries based on historical data and growth potential.
- Leverage market trends and CRM insights to develop strategic marketing approaches for key segments.
- Develop ABM account lists and segmentation strategies tailored to Ballyhoo's market verticals, focusing on national buyers, agencies, and direct client relationships.
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaignswhether one-to-one, one-to-few, or one-to-manythat generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales throughout the buyer journey to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue-driving targets and RFP cycles.
- Create industry-specific pitch materials for major events such as Formula 1, Art Basel, and the Super Bowl, as well as other key buying periods.
- Personalize outreach campaigns using custom presentations, email templates, and video case studies to showcase Ballyhoos premium inventory, with support from our graphic design and marketing teams.
- Utilize retargeting strategies to keep Ballyhoos offerings top-of-mind for decision-makers.
- Develop methods to measure and track campaign performance, optimize based on data, and integrate insights from HubSpot and Ballyhoos sales pipeline.
- Establish foundational best practices, reporting structures, and processes to scale Ballyhoos efforts.
- As the function expands, you will have the opportunity to hire and lead additional team members.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years in B2B account based marketing, preferably in out-of-home (OOH), media sales, or media agencies (OOH experience is a plus).
- Proven success running ABM programs targeting enterprise to SMB accounts.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Strong sales-marketing alignment experience to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue.
- Deep understanding of account segmentation, audience targeting, and demand generation.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze CRM data, campaign performance, and buyer behavior to refine strategy.
