Digital Content & Website Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong videography and content creation skills, as well as a sharp eye for product presentation and digital organization. A passion for watches, storytelling through short-form video, and website management is key. Key Responsibilities: Videography & Content Creation Take the lead on all preowned timepiece videography, including daily filming and editing of short-form content (for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Assist in broader content creation, including on-location and in-store shoots Edit engaging videos optimized for social media and web platforms Capture high-quality product photography for use on the website and digital channels E-Commerce & Website Management Upload and manage product listings on the website (new arrivals, preowned watches, etc.) Write and input product descriptions, pricing, and specs with accuracy and consistency Ensure all products are represented with high-quality images and compelling visuals Regularly audit website product listings for accuracy and presentation Digital Platform Oversight Manage and update Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy across all store locations Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB and related platforms Support digital housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and consistent online presence Lead Tracking & Reporting Monitor and track incoming phone leads related to marketing campaigns Assist in tracking online leads and engagement from the website and digital touchpoints Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or digital marketing Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut) Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment Knowledge of watches or jewelry is a bonus, but not required To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you're interested in this role to kerry@ .
