Sage Intacct Solution Architect Manager

In this role, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide comprehensive training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilization of business applications, ultimately empowering clients to achieve their strategic goals. As a member of the Business Application Consulting team, you will collaborate with Sage Intacct Technical Architects, Functional Consultants, and clients, as well as engineering teams including developers and testers. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and concentrate on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff to foster their growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide teams to achieve project objectives and ensure successful outcomes. Manage and cultivate client relationships, confirming satisfaction and addressing any concerns. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency. Mentor and support junior team members, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client needs. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. Maintain exemplary standards in all deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. What You Need: Bachelor's Degree. 8 years of relevant experience with significant expertise in working with Sage Intacct ERP systems. What Sets You Apart: Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant certification is preferred. Demonstrated ability in functional solutions architecture and managing client engagements effectively. Proficient in solution design, system testing, and supporting user adoption. Strong skills in project management, change management, and solution integration. Ability to design dashboards and reports tailored to client needs. Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range between $100,000 and $232,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
