Senior Content Strategist

within our Selling Partner Communications & Content (SPCC) team! We're seeking an experienced marketing professional who is ready to lead communications efforts that inform and inspire our Selling Partners. In this pivotal role, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support major seller-facing initiatives at Amazon. Drive strategic programs that deliver measurable business impact through compelling, data-driven narratives. Oversee end-to-end content development for high-priority projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading content strategy development for significant seller initiatives, synthesizing innovative ideas. Directing creative campaigns across various channels, including events, while ensuring strategic integrity. Partnering with diverse teams to define and execute narratives that enhance seller satisfaction. Guiding brainstorming sessions and documenting strategic outputs such as PRFAQs that align with business objectives. Coordinating partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. Optimizing processes that balance immediate delivery with long-term efficiency and scalability. Mentoring team members and contributing to the wider marketing and communications community. Our platforms, including Seller News, Seller Forums, and events, impact millions of Selling Partners worldwide. The content we create fosters an active and inclusive community, empowering our partners to grow and succeed. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in driving creative strategy and execution in either an agency or in-house creative team. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote. Experience in developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams. A proven track record in managing the creative development process from concept to delivery. Experience leading and managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and external agencies. Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives. Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines. Base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market to $210,300/year in our highest. Our total compensation packages may include equity, sign-on payments, a comprehensive range of benefits, and more. This position will remain posted until filled.
