Lead Data Science Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking a Lead Data Science Specialist who will be responsible for establishing security strategies aligned with industry standards and comparative analyses with industry peers. You will play a crucial role in defining and executing all stages of the data science product lifecycle, which includes: Requirements gathering Education and strategy development Study design Solution architecting Programming and testing Implementation and delivery Iteration of data science analytics products Required Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and security modeling to create risk-oriented models of workforce behavior. 8+ years of experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch, with knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, NLP, or MLOps methodologies. 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients. Strategic leadership capability with a proactive approach to recommending innovative research techniques. Master’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics; PhD preferred. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in developing computational methods and algorithms, evidenced by publications. Strong proficiency in Python and software development. Experience in anomaly detection and time series problems. Experience in cloud computing environments. Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
