Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:
Design and implement supply chain digital transformation strategies that align with business goals. Create technology roadmaps and provide guidance on platform selection, cost efficiency, and value enhancement. Facilitate comprehensive discussions encompassing supply chain transformation across diverse functions and technology frameworks. Technology Enablement & Solution Design:
Assist clients in selecting and deploying optimal supply chain solutions (such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and others). Advise on optimizing processes and automation to increase supply chain efficiency. Promote integration strategies for demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse management. Advisory & Thought Leadership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys. Share insights on emerging trends like AI-driven supply chain optimization, IoT, and cloud technologies. Lead workshops that drive key business process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:
Partner with diverse teams including finance, IT, and operations to ensure effective execution of supply chain initiatives. Anticipate and address project risks to guarantee smooth implementation. Collaborate closely with tech providers and industry experts to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in shaping, delivering, and implementing complex technology-driven transformations across various platforms. At least 10 years of experience leading technical design and architecture activities across data, integration, cloud, and software development. Minimum of 6 years of functional experience in Supply Chain focusing on Planning, Scheduling, Ordering, and Inventory Management. At least 6 years of experience in a technology advisory capacity to senior client stakeholders. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.
