Key Responsibilities: Design and build scalable systems to responsibly access and process vast amounts of information from the web. Optimize data processing architectures for performance, scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency. Implement robust systems for content processing and meaningful data extraction. Develop data pipelines and infrastructure to manage petabyte-scale datasets. Collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy new algorithms. Write high-quality, well-tested production code in languages such as Python, Spark, Java, or Scala. Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to advance large-scale information processing. The compensation for this role ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on market location, job-related knowledge, and experience.
