We are searching for experienced data scientists who are eager to apply their analytical and machine learning expertise. In this role, you will harness petabytes of data and collaborate with actuarial partners to develop cutting-edge machine learning models. Our team has been refining these models for nearly a decade, and we're ready to expand our efforts to tackle an array of new challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
Integrating AI-powered solutions into data science workflows, from data preparation to modeling and reporting.
Developing and utilizing algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess scenarios and forecast potential outcomes.
Performing analyses on both structured and unstructured data to address complex business challenges using advanced statistical techniques.
Collaborating with business partners to identify their needs and develop predictive models, statistical analyses, and performance metrics.
Presenting analytical results and solutions to various stakeholders.
Engaging with peers and managers to discuss complex information related to your expertise.
Leveraging your knowledge of algorithms and predictive models to identify problems, recognize patterns, and propose effective solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or applied data science.
Proficiency in SQL and Python/R with at least 3 years of experience.
Preferences include:
An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in the field.
5+ years of experience with SQL and Python/R.
This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The pay range for this role is $111,240.00 - $222,480.00, influenced by factors like experience and geography. Our team also enjoys a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program aside from the base salary.
