We are seeking a skilled and innovative Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic agile team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing scalable software applications that cater to our customers across all digital channels. You will take an enterprise-wide architectural view of our solutions and lead the technical execution of products using the most suitable technology stack. Essential Responsibilities: Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs. Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Engage in idea generation and implementation of technical solutions that fulfill required product features. Monitor technical processes and project timelines, ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance are maintained. Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and complete development sprints from inception to execution. Communicate effectively with the Scrum Master regarding any issues or blockers promptly. Drive story creation, including Definition of Done (DoD), Acceptance Criteria, and estimations. Create and manage tasks in applicable software like RTC or Jira, updating status and assignments as necessary. Track production schedules and provide regular progress updates while flagging any issues or technical challenges to lead developers. Mentor and support junior and intermediate software engineers, aiding in their skill development. Perform other duties as assigned. Education: Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Preferred:

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Required:

5 years of experience in designing and analyzing algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable and highly available systems. 5 years of proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, Informatica preferred), and experience with at least two of the following technologies: React, Angular v4+, NodeJS, NoSQL databases, HTML5, CSS, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services. 5 years of experience with web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, JSON. Experience defining system architectures and assessing the technical feasibility of short-term execution versus planning for long-term capabilities. Preferred:

7 years of experience in healthcare technology systems, including 5 years of translating design mockups and user stories into functional applications. Ability to produce fault-tolerant, efficient, and maintainable code. Minimum of 1 year working with Machine Learning in areas such as Natural Language Understanding, Machine Translation, and Deep Neural Networks. Skills: A proven ability to reach ambitious goals in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. A keen interest in learning new programming languages as necessary. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the entire development life cycle. A strong track record of designing and implementing large-scale consumer applications. A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. A passion for user experience and improving usability. Willingness to mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: Position Type:

Office-based. Regular training and teaching of others. Occasional travel from the office to various work sites. Physical work site may be required. Minimum: $78,900.00 - Maximum: $147,500.00 Please note that the salary is influenced by various factors, including qualifications, experience, and market considerations.
