Our Enterprise Technology team is looking for a driven and innovative Full-Stack Software Development Lead. As part of the Order Fulfilment team, you'll work on the GOMS microservices platform, focusing on Test Driven Development practices and solution design. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and QA—to design and deliver a scalable microservices platform.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and testable code aligned with industry best practices.
Build frameworks and collaborate with DevOps to ensure platform availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Address operational issues independently and effectively.
Conduct code reviews to maintain adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for platform usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Development, with a strong focus on microservices architectures using JVM technologies.
Familiarity with Spring Platform, Asynchronous Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and CI/CD practices.
3+ years of experience in Kotlin or Java.
Experience with cloud technologies (PCF, GCP or similar).
