As the Director of Cyber Incident Response & Threat Mitigation Services, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to managing cyber threats and incidents. We are seeking a collaborative leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for reducing security risks. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of cyber security professionals focused on incident response and threat mitigation. Oversee the planning, design, and operation of Guardian's cyber incident response and threat mitigation services. Manage the Corporate Incident Response Team and coordinate actions across various teams during cybersecurity incidents. Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, quick reference guides, and communication plans for emergency situations. Work alongside business continuity and disaster recovery teams to ensure a unified response to incidents. Triag and manage cybersecurity incidents escalated from the security operations center. Engage with third-party incident response retainers and prepare for future emergencies. Coordinate regular exercises with external partners to enhance readiness. Ensure quality and timely tracking of incidents, including after-action reports and metrics. Enhance user behavior analytics (UBA) programs in collaboration with the business to improve logging and monitoring processes. Host cross-functional meetings to discuss shared threats and knowledge, and update on incident response protocols. Guide and mentor the security team through professional development and talent management. Contribute to the enterprise's Data Loss Prevention program and collaborate on cybersecurity strategy. Qualifications: 7+ years of extensive technology experience, including public cloud environments. 3+ years in a leadership security role with a focus on incident response. Proficiency in incident response methodologies, evidence handling, and risk mitigation. Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST CSF and MITRE. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. This position is based in Guardian's offices located in Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; or New York, NY, with an expectation of attending the office three days a week and occasional travel (approximately 20%) to other locations as needed. Salary Range:
