If so, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on import and export requirements from initial concept to mass production and audits. Conduct product classification, export license determinations, and prepare licensing applications. Research trade risks and opportunities, summarize findings, and present recommendations. Collaborate with regional trade teams for new product launches and market expansions. Lead cross-functional projects focusing on efficiency and scalability. Define and report on key trade compliance performance metrics. Deliver effective training and updates on public policy to stakeholders. A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will provide critical expertise on various topics including import/export classification, valuation, licensing requirements, and cost-savings initiatives. You will develop and implement scalable processes in collaboration with stakeholders and work directly with internal teams like Legal, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance, along with Amazon's global trade teams. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 2+ years of trade compliance experience. Knowledge of import and export compliance regulations. Ability to lead and provide direction independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aerospace or technology manufacturing sector. Familiarity with logistics and global trade compliance in multinational settings. Advanced compliance training, or a Master's/Law degree (not required). Prior experience with electronics, communications, or space product manufacturing. Proven track record in driving strategic trade initiatives. Experience with global trade ERP systems. Additional compensation may include equity and other benefits. This position will remain open until filled.
