About the Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our world-class Technology team. This role is part of a development group working on a rapidly growing platform, RiskNarrative, which has tripled in size in just three years and continues to expand.
About the Team
Our team is responsible for the RiskNarrative orchestration platform that equips customers with capabilities for anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management. It's designed for quick setup and offers a no-code configuration that enables users to verify, transact, and monitor their customers, clients, and suppliers effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to execute large-scale, complex technical projects while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and architectural integrity.
Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise and architectural standards and processes.
Identify and address complex project issues by coordinating troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Plan initiatives collectively with team members and business stakeholders, contributing to detailed scope designs, estimations, and implementations.
Contribute to broader team initiatives, such as enhancing information security and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
Extensive experience in Software Development.
Proficiency in programming languages including Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Angular, SQL, as well as familiarity with Windows and UNIX.
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Strong skills in database technology, software design, performance optimization, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
