The expected salary range is $117,900 to $131,000, varying based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and 401(k) contributions.

The Initial License Trainee (ILT) program for Senior Reactor Operator in training is scheduled to begin in June 2026. Why Constellation? Total compensation ranging from $159,000 to $182,000 annually (based on experience) including a 15% annual incentive bonus, an initial sign-on bonus, and a $10,000 bonus spread throughout training milestones, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and a matching 401(k). Post SRO License:

Bonus Program 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Paid Vacations and Holidays Educational Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Program Job Summary during Training: The Initial License Trainee will engage in classroom instruction, simulator training, and practical experience to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to qualify for a Senior Reactor Operator License. Upon completion, the candidate will be fully licensed by the NRC to oversee reactor control room operations. Complete the Fundamentals Phase, Simulator Certification, obtain SRO status, and achieve NRC SRO License (80%). Allocate time for study and field experience to attain licensed status (10%). Participate in project work, outage assignments, or other duties to support site operations (10%). Job Summary: As the Reactor Supervisor, you will oversee Constellation's Nuclear Power Generating Station operations, directing Reactor Operators and Equipment Operators in the control of plant operations, adherence to procedures, and tagging evolutions. Key Responsibilities: Authorize maintenance and testing to ensure equipment status. Implement Emergency Operating Procedures, directing the required actions to stabilize the plant during emergencies. Evaluate and address internal and external issues, findings, and requests. Oversee special projects as assigned by Operations Directors/Managers. Create, revise, and review Emergency and Abnormal Operating Procedures for safe and efficient operations. Review design and license changes for procedure impacts and support outages and special projects. Review system documentation, including P&ID and design descriptions. Conduct operability reviews for systems during off-normal conditions. Assist in developing refueling sequences and ensure system readiness for shutdown and refueling. Direct operating shift personnel in plant duties, including rotating 12-hour shifts. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform all duties as required by company policies or as directed by management, including Emergency Response duties and call-out coverage. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma / GED Meet or exceed one of the following: 1 year as a Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a non-comparable facility. 1.5 years or more as Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor. Degree from a 4-year program in engineering, technology, or physical sciences and more than 1.5 years as a qualified non-licensed operator or in operations-related roles. Maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, along with favorable medical examination and testing as per position duties.
