Join Thriveworks as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker where you can provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians willing to provide 25+ hours of availability each week.

What We're Excited About We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania eager to create meaningful impact and grow with us. We're particularly interested in:
Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions weekly
Behavioral health generalists (able to see couples/children, with our support)
Clinicians who value both autonomy and teamwork
Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong values—integrity, openness, and a dedication to quality care
Qualifications: Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in Pennsylvania
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are offered
Compensation Package: Potential earnings up to $100,300 based on licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Regular, bi-weekly pay (eliminating concerns over reimbursement)
Paid orientation and annual salary increases

No-show protection along with caseload stabilization within 90 days of credentialing
