Are you eager to innovate and be part of a dynamic team? The Customer360 team at Lincoln Financial is seeking a motivated Data Engineer to support our enterprise data lake and mastering platform. In this role, you will contribute to advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI integration across our technology offerings.
As a Data Engineer Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing our platform architecture and design. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll implement business cases that leverage emerging data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data to drive business and corporate strategies.
Utilize multiple programming languages and machine learning methods.
Assist in building data models and pipelines.
Collaborate with teams to define project scopes and user objectives.
Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
Integrate raw and provisioned data from diverse sources.
Enhance data quality, reliability, and develop improvement procedures.
Identify data acquisition opportunities across systems.
Work closely with stakeholders and data architects on projects.
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Advise management and stakeholders on analytics tools and methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering.
1-3 years of data engineering experience, including internships.
Familiarity with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, and S3.
Experience with CI/CD ETL processes using GitLab and AWS.
Basic knowledge of Dataiku or similar data science platforms.
Understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Knowledge of API service integrations.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance three days a week at our Lincoln office. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600, with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range. This opportunity also includes participation in the Annual Incentive Program and other factors which may influence compensation.
