We are looking for a skilled professional to help us drive business transformation with innovative technology solutions. As a Lead Java Developer, you will: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Lead development within Agile teams, leveraging both Front End and Back End experience. Utilize high-volume application server-side frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security. Develop RESTful web services and understand SOAP standards, along with XML and JSON binding libraries (e.g., JAXB, Jackson, Gson). Create unit tests using JUnit and work with tools like GIT, Maven, and Eclipse. Employ monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace, and have experience with messaging queues like Websphere MQ or ActiveMQ. Conduct performance tuning with a solid understanding of JVM internals. Basic Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience with Spring Boot. A willingness to work 60% onsite at client locations in Charlotte, NC. HS Diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree. Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, JavaScript, and React.js. Proficiency in Spring MVC and Model View Controller architecture.
