Position Overview As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the complete operations of our assigned store while executing designated tasks and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with merchandising and creating an inviting shopping environment. Be fully cross-trained to handle cash register operations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist with stock replenishment. Process all sales transactions efficiently and accurately while managing the cash register. Ensure the security of cash and protect company assets. Provide a high level of customer service, maintaining a friendly and cooperative attitude with customers, team members, and supervisors. Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks as needed. Adhere to safety standards while performing all tasks. Follow company policies and procedures diligently. Qualifications Basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
