Full-time Description: Join our growing Information Technology team as an
Enterprise Data Systems Analyst ! We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP or enterprise application support and a strong command of SQL and relational database management. This role is essential in maintaining and optimizing our ERP system and various integrated database applications. As the Enterprise Data Systems Analyst, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our data systems while actively supporting the development of real-time dashboards and business intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the ERP system, managing data entry, processing, and data warehouse servers. Monitor database applications for performance and resolve issues as they arise. Develop custom fields, reports, and analytics within ERP and related systems. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Design and implement real-time dashboards using BI platforms. Perform routine database maintenance, including backups and recovery procedures. Automate tasks to enhance system efficiency through scripting and process improvements. Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to business needs. Train and support users to enhance efficiency aligned with strategic objectives. Schedule, install, and test new products based on user requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service for all database services. Follow and contribute to best practices in solution delivery. Comply with all security policies related to systems and data protection. Monitor database performance and implement security measures for data safeguarding. Facilitate communication between departments regarding software updates and enhancements. Education and Experience: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:
3+ years in ERP or enterprise application support, with strong SQL and relational database management skills. Skills:
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), basic scripting (PowerShell, Python), and a solid understanding of data structures and ETL processes.
