We are looking for a highly skilled and self-sufficient Lead Technical Architect to enhance our expert team focused on intelligent document processing (IDP), content management, and business process management (BPM), including enterprise system integration. This position demands robust hands-on development skills for integrating enterprise systems and automating document workflows, with a particular focus on Kofax-like solutions. Your role will involve translating business needs into technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess a builder mindset, architectural insight, and a passion for designing and deploying high-performance automated document processing solutions that leverage OCR and machine learning. This role will be client-facing, requiring direct collaboration with customers to gather requirements, outline technical roadmaps, and deliver optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership in Document Processing:

Provide architectural oversight and leadership in IDP, analyze needs and workflows, and design end-to-end automation solutions. AI/ML-Powered Automation:

Integrate OCR and NLP components, implement ML models for document classification, and apply document AI platforms in production. Custom Development & Integration:

Write and maintain scripts using languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Design secure and scalable integrations with platforms like Microsoft 365 and SAP. Required Skills & Experience: Solid knowledge of OCR and document automation tools, including: Tesseract and Google Cloud Document AI. Experience with AI-powered document automation, including NLP and machine learning. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Information Governance frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Angular, C#, .NET, Python, and SQL. Experience with enterprise content repositories integration. Familiarity with platforms like Workato for low-code/no-code integration. Ideal Candidate Profile: A versatile, quick-thinking technical expert with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities, capable of interacting with both clients and internal teams effectively. Enjoys tackling complex automation challenges.
