Job Summary:

Are you ready to elevate your Application Development skills? Aetna Medicare Product Tools & Technology is on the lookout for a Lead Software Development Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions that support Aetna's Medicare initiatives. Collaborate closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA Testers to create scalable products, improve processes, and empower our business partners. What You'll Be Doing: Analyze business requirements to design and implement new system features. Develop using .NET, React, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Write and execute thorough test cases, conduct code reviews, debug issues, and troubleshoot to maintain the reliability and quality of digital solutions. Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance digital solutions and drive innovation within the development team. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the Visual Studio .NET environment. 5+ years of web development experience, including React, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MVC, HTML5, and CSS. 5+ years of experience with C#. 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or another relational database. 1+ years of exposure to major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS). 1+ years of experience working with LLMs and other Generative AI models. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles and design patterns. Familiarity with Docker, DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools. Experience in the healthcare sector. Education: Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional experience is required. Anticipated Weekly Hours:

Full-time Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00. This range reflects the base hourly rate or the base annual full-time salary based on various factors such as experience and education. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Our Commitment:
