You will oversee clinical and personnel activities, support the Assistant Clinical Director, and participate in delivering high-quality, family-centered care. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) RN licensure in Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact BLS certification from the American Heart Association Specialty or nursing leadership certification (preferred, within 1 year) Minimum 2 years nursing experience, specifically in dialysis and apheresis Responsibilities Ensure clinical competency and family-centered care Monitor patient throughput and safety Coordinate with healthcare team to meet patient needs and clinical outcomes Develop staff through coaching and counseling Manage staffing and resources Support unit goals and strategic communication Participate in quality initiatives to monitor clinical outcomes All candidates must undergo respiratory fit testing as part of workplace safety standards.
