We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical execution of MEP engineering projects. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams on complex projects
Oversee technical design, quality control, and project delivery from concept through construction
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
Support business development efforts through technical input and proposal development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
8+ years of experience in MEP design and project management
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality engineering solutions
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
