Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with process owners to design and deploy engaging ServiceNow portals. Build and optimize workflows to simplify and enhance the colleague experience. Maintain and manage ServiceNow Catalog items efficiently. Bridge technical knowledge and business needs to support scalable workflow redesigns. Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices through code reviews. Share knowledge through tech talks and workshops, fostering a culture of learning. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, facilitating their professional growth. Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and catalog management. 3+ years experience in Project Management, Scrum, or Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities. Ability to effectively collaborate and deliver results in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL V4 Certification. ServiceNow Developer or Implementer Certification. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications. Compensation: The expected pay range for this role is $106,605.00 - $284,280.00, depending on experience, education, and geography. This position is eligible for a bonus, as well as equity awards through CVS Health's programs.
