Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including exceptional customer service, cash register operations, merchandising, and store upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and acknowledge every customer using Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster long-term loyalty. Efficiently manage cash register transactions with accuracy. Become an expert on Ollie's products and weekly deals to provide exceptional value to our customers. Assist with freight logistics and learn the best practices for merchandising. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but we are happy to train new associates! Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. A positive attitude and a team player focused on delighting customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
