Graphic Designer . Salary/Hourly Rate: $65k Position Overview: The Graphic Designer supports marketing team with a primary focus on print and packaging design. This role involves creating trade show materials, labeling, product packaging, and other visual assets that support brand awareness and product launches. The Graphic Designer also handles ad hoc design requests and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality visuals across all materials. Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
Design brand literature, trade show signage, product packaging, and labels.
Support trade show planning including signage, printed collateral, and booth visuals.
Collaborate with brand, sales, and purchasing teams to support marketing initiatives.
Assist with updates to the company website and create visual assets for social media.
Manage ad hoc creative projects across multiple brands.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Graphic Designer:
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a food/beverage or CPG setting.
Strong portfolio with examples of print-focused design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office for Mac (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Canva and HubSpot.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Graphic Designer:
Background in the food or CPG industry.
Experience with trade show asset creation and packaging design.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Communications.
