Exciting Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/RMA/LPN to join our dynamic team at St. Clare Endocrinology. With a focus on patient care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers while ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Primary Duties:
In this position, you will be integral to our clinic operations, which currently includes one Endocrinologist and one Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for: Rooming patients and conducting thorough interviews. Measuring vital signs and documenting patient information accurately. Managing incoming calls and assisting with medication and imaging prior authorizations. Performing CGM downloads and coordinating with device representatives. Restocking and cleaning examination rooms to maintain a welcoming environment. Job Summary:
You will assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the guidance of a registered nurse or healthcare provider, ensuring top-quality care is provided at all times. Key Responsibilities: Support treatments as directed, performing select clinical duties. Document provider encounters accurately, including diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions. Maintain an organized environment through effective materials management, including supply ordering and stocking. Execute basic clerical tasks such as patient scheduling and record maintenance. Adhere to other duties as assigned to support clinic operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting. Work Shift:
