Join our innovative team as a Senior DevOps Engineer! In this dynamic role, you will spearhead the design and implementation of robust infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our applications while enhancing the reliability of our existing systems. As a vital member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with product teams to implement solutions that foster continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS leveraging Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins). Provide leadership and mentorship in adopting Infrastructure as Code across Service Operations and Delivery teams. Transform and build container and serverless compute architectures, utilizing technologies like AKS, EKS, Docker, and Azure Functions. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment across environments. Support and implement Cloud Native solutions tailored to organizational needs. Enhance observability and monitoring of managed solutions while resolving issues as they arise. Ensure compatibility of infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD solutions with broader organizational patterns. Mentor and cultivate a collaborative environment for DevOps engineers, promoting continuous learning. Explore emerging technologies and participate in pilots/POCs for technology evaluations. Apply SRE principles to manage resilience, metrics, and incident response effectively. Contribute to architectural and engineering standards for new systems and modernization of existing applications. Identify areas for engineering improvements, propose strategies, and manage production incidents. Foster better knowledge sharing around automation best practices. Participate in on-call responsibilities within the Service Delivery and Operations team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Engineering degree and a Master's in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of experience in software roles, particularly in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Release Engineering. Strong software development background with proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java. Recent experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructures. Skilled in shell scripting (PowerShell & Bash) and familiar with core Azure/AWS services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS). Experienced with automation and source configuration management tools like Git. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Travis CI. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Commitment to fostering a DevOps culture with continuous integration and deployment best practices. Preferred Experience: Experience in maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant cloud-native systems at scale.
