Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced analytical and statistical methods to address complex challenges using large and varied data sets.
Leverage your expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data visualization to inform strategies benefiting our products that touch billions worldwide.
Establish success metrics for product initiatives through goal setting, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators to observe trends.
Identify opportunities and leverage insights to refine our products, driving informed roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to guide and support product strategy and investment decisions.
Remote work is permitted across the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field along with 24 months of experience in a data analytics role or a related position. Foreign degrees will be considered equivalent.
At least 24 months of experience with:
Conducting quantitative analysis, including data mining from complex datasets.
Using data querying languages, such as SQL.
Programming with scripting languages, specifically Python.
Employing statistical or mathematical software packages, including R, SAS, or Matlab.
Implementing applied statistics or experimentation techniques, like A/B testing, in a professional environment.
Applying machine learning techniques.
Managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes effectively.
Utilizing relational databases proficiently.
Handling large-scale data processing frameworks using distributed systems.
Employing quantitative analysis techniques such as clustering, regression, pattern recognition, or descriptive and inferential statistics.
Compensation:
The annual salary range is $189,953 to $196,900, along with bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
