Senior Directory Services Specialist

Join our team as a Senior Directory Services Specialist, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Lincoln Financial Group's directory services. As an expert, you will be responsible for the design, management, maintenance, and security of our Active Directory and related services. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with colleagues to manage and enhance Lincoln Financial Group's Identity Providers (IDP), including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory). Driving the integration of applications to adopt modern authentication methods while supporting legacy protocols securely. Providing Tier 4 support for Application Registration and Enterprise Application Registration operations. Working alongside Security and Enterprise Architecture to develop compliant solutions. Leading the resolution of complex, high-severity incidents and developing automated solutions to enhance security and efficiency. Creating and updating internal documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of authentication solutions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging developments in the industry, and assessing their impact on our solutions. To succeed in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in roles related to Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Expertise in Directory Services protocols including LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and Auth0. Extensive experience with Azure Application registrations and Graph APIs. Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell and MS Graph. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server and authentication-related issues. Experience in conducting Active Directory Disaster Recovery exercises. A deep understanding of Active Directory Sites & Services. Experience in AD hardening and Forest-Domain-Trust Management.
