Job Description Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a EUC (End User Computing) Tech Lead - UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) in Canton, MA. Role This role offers opportunities for continuous learning, involvement in modern management initiatives, and a flexible working environment. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Computershare's UEM solutions. Manage and secure endpoints including desktops, laptops, Macs, and mobile devices using Intune. Lead the organization's strategy for digital workspace solutions, enhancing productivity and collaboration. Collaborate with executives to align workspace initiatives with business goals. Develop change management strategies for new solutions. Optimize solutions based on KPIs and user feedback. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Device & OS Management, including M365, Intune, Autopilot. Experience with Endpoint Management platforms, SaaS, PaaS, On-Prem, Hybrid. Knowledge of MacOS, ZDX, VPN, ZScaler, Windows 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access. Scripting skills (PowerShell). Understanding of CIS Benchmarks and enterprise applications.
