We are responsible for local strategic intelligence, opportunity analysis, initiative tracking, and performance reporting to identify and prioritize DMA-level opportunities that drive short and long-term profitability. We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented leader with strong data and analytics experience, to serve as Lead, Data Analysis & Performance Reporting.

In this role, you will drive the development of sophisticated performance measurement systems that provide readouts and recommendations for our localized go-to-market efforts. This includes owning holistic data, success metrics, benchmarking, and predictive analytics. You will lead the design of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and profitability analysis that are presented in various business reviews, informing executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Tech team to develop and refine interactive dashboards, scorecards, and digital tools that provide visibility into local initiative performance.

Own the full reporting process for local market programs, including the definition of success metrics, benchmarking, and comprehensive data pipelines.

Partner with Research, Finance, Marketing, Distribution, and Local Teams to ensure reporting reflects real-time business impact and profitability outcomes.

Serve as the primary source of data insights for DMA-level strategy reviews and company-wide executive meetings, responsible for data input and readouts.

Analyze comprehensive data sets to assess initiative performance, optimize resource and investment allocation, and guide local execution.

Maintain integrity, consistency, and accessibility of data used across strategic reporting and business reviews.

Deliver insights with context, clarity, and foresight, turning complex data into clear recommendations across all different levels.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning & analysis; experience supporting GTM or marketing functions a plus.

Deep expertise in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel; experience with enterprise data warehouses preferred.

Demonstrated success in owning analytics for multi-market or geographically dispersed programs.

Strong understanding of profitability metrics, operational KPIs, and reporting best practices, with the ability to tell a compelling story with data for a senior audience.

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; Advanced analytics degree a plus.

An understanding of business products and services, as well as network architecture.

Willing to be challenged, excellent interpersonal communications, good collaboration, project management, and leadership skills.

Ability to think analytically and fast while managing changes and ambiguity.
