About the Role: The Mid-Level Software Engineer is a vital technical resource who collaborates with development leads and senior developers to create and enhance software applications. Qualifications: This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with: A bachelor’s degree in a technology field and/or 5+ years of related experience. Banking and financial service experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. The ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CI/CD and version control systems (e.g., Git). Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, .NET, TypeScript, or Angular, and knowledge of software design principles. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database design (strong SQL knowledge). Leadership qualities to mentor junior engineers. Nice to Have: Exposure to AI prompting techniques and generative AI models. Understanding of agentic AI concepts and experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
