Senior Security Engineer - SailPoint Identity Solutions

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity Access Management (IAM) to lead the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation. This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently and providing hands-on engineering expertise for IAM solutions. Daily Responsibilities: Guide team members through several initiatives and features for SailPoint ISC implementations. Provide technical leadership in foundational Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities, including Application Onboarding, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Request Configuration, Access Reviews, and Lifecycle Events. Assess new product offerings and implement selected use cases, such as NERM, CIEM, Machine Identities, and AI-driven Access Review Recommendations. Ensure platform integrity and lead daily maintenance and platform upkeep. Lead migration efforts from Legacy IAM platforms. Develop customizations and API integrations for the SailPoint ISC platform. Manage implementations and releases utilizing CI/CD strategies. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of direct experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). 5+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience in IAM. 2+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow is a MUST. 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role. 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as JAVA, PowerShell, REST API integration, BeanShell, and database technologies. Proven experience working on complex, large-scale IGA implementations with focus on integrations and customizations. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint Identity Security Engineer & CISSP certification is a significant plus. Experience with RBAC and Mainframe systems is preferred. A strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with diverse team members of various skill levels. Ability to articulate and present solution development ideas within a team setting. Experience in project management is a plus. Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience). The typical pay range for this role is $130,295.00 - $260,590.00. The actual base salary offered may depend on various factors, including experience, education, and geography. This role is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as participation in an equity award program. Benefits:
