Choose Your Ideal Pay Package: Base Pay: $0.56 CPM for all practical miles + bonuses and benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus Alternative Pay: $0.66 CPM for all practical miles + bonuses (no health insurance, vacation pay, or holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus Additional Pay Plan Benefits: Accessorial pay for layovers, additional stops, and more! Layover Pay: $150 per night Detention Pay: $20 per hour after one hour Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday Safety bonuses paid quarterly at $0.03 CPM Weekend delivery bonus: $100 NYC trips (rarely and not forced) bonus of $150 if chosen Pay Schedule: Starting pay: $0.56 CPM Increases at 6 months ($0.58 CPM), 12 months ($0.60 CPM), 24 months ($0.62 CPM), reaching up to $0.66 CPM with bonuses.
