Choose Your Ideal Pay Package: Base Pay: $0.56 CPM for all practical miles + bonuses and benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus Alternative Pay: $0.66 CPM for all practical miles + bonuses (no health insurance, vacation pay, or holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus Additional Pay Plan Benefits: Accessorial pay for layovers, additional stops, and more! Layover Pay: $150 per night Detention Pay: $20 per hour after one hour Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday Safety bonuses paid quarterly at $0.03 CPM Weekend delivery bonus: $100 NYC trips (rarely and not forced) bonus of $150 if chosen Pay Schedule: Starting pay: $0.56 CPM Increases at 6 months ($0.58 CPM), 12 months ($0.60 CPM), 24 months ($0.62 CPM), reaching up to $0.66 CPM with bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits Include: Health insurance after 30 days with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Company-paid dental and life insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Per diem of $69 per night on the road Short-Term Disability insurance Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination with a reefer unit Conduct daily pre-trip and safety inspections Hook and unhook trailers Complete necessary documentation and reports Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch Deliver excellent customer service Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies Trucking Perks with Us: Family rider policy after 90 days!
