SAP HANA Data Extraction Specialist ! Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to provide low Earth orbit satellite broadband, enabling fast and reliable internet access for various customers around the globe. Our mission is to ensure connectivity for everyone, from households to businesses, schools, and government agencies. As a key member of our team, you will focus on the extraction of critical data from Enterprise Application systems like S4 HANA, MES, and GTS to our AWS datalake. This role is crucial for supporting our Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, and it requires a strong understanding of functional processes and data persistence mechanisms. Your Responsibilities: Design and optimize data extraction solutions across SAP S4 HANA, MES, GTS, and other sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving reporting needs. Conduct Blueprint workshops and fit-gap analysis, producing detailed design documents. Participate in strategic planning for SAP Manufacturing solutions. Provide production support, including troubleshooting support tickets and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years in SAP S4 and MES data extraction and analytics. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AWS serverless solutions. 3+ years with SAP S/4 HANA CDS views development and enhancement. 2+ years integrating SAP S4 with Non-SAP systems. 5+ years in an information technology role. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in data extraction methodologies, including real-time and incremental extraction. Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift. Strong command of SQL and HANA Calculation views. Familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau and QuickSight. Experience in an onshore-offshore working model. This position requires U.S. citizenship or residency due to applicable export control laws. Our compensation is competitive and reflects various geographic markets across the U.S., ranging from $104,300 to $185,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
