This role requires an experienced professional with a strategic vision capable of defining enterprise data strategies. You will guide our clients through the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead workstream delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Engage with clients daily, identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
Direct your team in a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions.
Implement comprehensive methods, practices, policies, and tools to govern data assets effectively.
Conduct maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise on tools and roadmaps for implementation.
Guide clients in defining a data governance strategy encompassing data quality, master data management, and analytics readiness.
Use data quality tools and processes to maintain impeccable data standards across infrastructures.
Engage in requirement gathering and collaborate with system analysts to create detailed source-to-target mappings.
Architect, implement, and optimize data management solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
What We Seek:
A blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
Leadership experience in data governance and related system implementations.
Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and Enterprise IT Architecture.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Advanced Data Analytics.
