Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Pay:
$32–$42/hr DOE Location:
San Francisco, CA Full-time, Monday–Friday Day shift
We’re seeking a
hands-on Electro-Mechanical Assembler.
If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and love building things, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and test electro-mechanical assemblies, cable assemblies, and sensors
Follow work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation
Use hand and power tools to meet daily quality and productivity goals
Perform in-process inspections of assemblies, cables, and PCBAs
Accurately document work using travelers, checklists, and database systems
Maintain a clean and safe work environment per OSHA standards
Assist with cross-training and adapt quickly to new tasks or products
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of direct electro-mechanical assembly experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Computer literacy (Google apps, Slack, Notion)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Sense of urgency and pride in building reliable, high-quality products
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly
Comfortable operating standard production equipment
