Join Our Team as a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer! We are looking for an experienced and innovative Staff Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications. This role involves leveraging microservices-based backends and working with a variety of modern technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and implementation of backend microservices using Golang and Node.js, and create dynamic frontend interfaces with React. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Mentor team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote best coding practices. Drive technical decisions and foster innovation across web, mobile, and backend stacks, ensuring a balance of user experience, performance, and architecture. Manage cloud infrastructure with a GitOps-first approach. Own and support complete product experiences across web, mobile, and backend applications. Required Skills: 8+ years of professional experience in software development focusing on web, mobile, and backend systems. Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and React Native for frontend development. Experience with automated testing principles and tools such as Jest, following the Test Pyramid methodology. Proficient in backend development utilizing Golang and Node.js. Strong experience with microservices, serverless architecture, and event-driven design. Deep knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes. Experience in developing cloud-native applications on popular platforms like AWS. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably leveraging GitLab. Solid understanding of API design including RESTful, gRPC, and GraphQL. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK. Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with shifting priorities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. A strong sense of ownership over user experiences and the products you work on. Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Splunk. Salary Range:

$134,500 to $181,900 annually, plus bonus eligibility. This range considers the successful candidate’s location, experience, and job-related factors. Benefits:
