As a Principal Software Engineer in Pharmacy Consumer Wellness Supply Chain & Logistics Technology, you will play a crucial role in our Supply Chain Modernization initiative. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative Warehouse Management Software (WMS) solutions that enhance warehouse operations and boost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your deep expertise in configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management solutions, including Yard Management, Slotting Optimization, and SCI Reporting. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the software's reliability, performance, and security. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights. Engage with business and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels for both strategic and tactical discussions. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies related to warehouse management systems. Lead technical decision-making processes and take ownership of applications at scale. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in WMS software design and implementation, with a focus on application configuration such as runtime properties and feature toggles. 10+ years of experience using Manhattan Associates WMS software. 10+ years of expertise in warehouse operations and logistics processes, including receiving, put away, replenishment, and picking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with related systems, including Labor Management Systems, Yard Management Systems, and Warehouse Controls/Execution Systems for integration with sorters and conveyors. Familiarity with Manhattan Pro-Active for database, UI, and API extensions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus four years of relevant experience). Why CVS Health:

The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
