We are in search of an innovative and adaptable lead with a robust full stack background. This role is crucial in engaging with executive stakeholders and steering technical initiatives. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will translate complex technical solutions into executive-friendly communications while remaining actively involved in development tasks. Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive technical design and development across all layers: front-end, back-end, and database. Advocate for security principles throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring compliance with standards like HIPAA and GDPR. Identify and drive resolution of technical debt to uphold product quality, scalability, and maintainability. Utilize knowledge in AI/ML technologies to enhance user experience, automate processes, and improve decision-making in healthcare applications. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, delivering engaging presentations and simplifying complex concepts. Create and maintain executive-facing technical documentation, reports, roadmaps, and high-level architecture materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and business teams to define requirements and ensure deliverable alignment. Engage in solution ideation, architecture reviews, coding, and deployment activities. Promote technical best practices, mentor junior developers, and foster continuous improvement across the development team. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, Java, and Python. Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services. Experience in delivering full stack applications in a leadership role. Strong communication skills, particularly in interacting with C-suite executives. Ability to craft technical documentation suited for strategic and executive audiences. Capability to work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on product integration. Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications. Pay Range:

The typical salary range for this position is $118,450.00 - $260,590.00. This represents the base salary for all roles within this job grade. Salary will vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for bonus, commission, or incentive programs, alongside opportunities in the company’s equity award program.
