Travel BH-EPIC SUPER USER RN (40-48 HRS DAYS) Shift: A. Days, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Variances possible during weeks 1 & 2 for orientation) B. Evenings: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 1130 pm. Weeks 1 and 2 may see variances for orientation to facility and the program C. Overnights: Monday - Friday, 11 pm-730 am. Weeks 1 and 2 may see variances for orientation to facility and the program Hours Available: 24-26/weekly Or 40-48/weekly Job Summary:

The BH-EPIC Super User RN will serve as a key resource and support for clinical staff utilizing the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system within the Behavioral Health (BH) department. This role leverages a strong clinical background, specifically in nursing, combined with in-depth EPIC expertise to provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting. The Super User RN will help optimize EPIC workflow efficiency, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate a smooth user experience for clinical colleagues. Responsibilities:

Provide direct, at-the-elbow support to BH clinical staff on EPIC system functionality and workflows. Assist users with real-time troubleshooting of EPIC-related issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate IT support channels when necessary. Serve as a liaison between clinical end-users and the EPIC support team, communicating user feedback and system improvement opportunities. Participate in training initiatives for new EPIC features, system updates, or new user onboarding, focusing on practical application within the BH environment. Promote best practices for EPIC documentation, order entry, and patient management among clinical staff. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization within EPIC to enhance efficiency and patient care delivery in the BH setting. Maintain a high level of proficiency in EPIC functionalities relevant to the BH department. Collaborate with clinical educators and IT teams to develop and update EPIC training materials. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality guidelines. Qualifications:

Clinical Background:

Registered Nurse (RN) background is required. Current RN License:

A current, active RN license is

not required

for this Super User position. Current RI position license or certifications are also not required for Superusers with clinical backgrounds (i.e., RNs). EPIC Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year of direct EPIC user experience. Direct EPIC user experience within the past three (3) years.

Skills: Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly within behavioral health settings. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support diverse clinical staff. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to user support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Note on Compensation: The stated pay for this position refers to a 48-hour work week. Compensation for working 24/26/40 hours per week may be adjusted and will be discussed during the applying process. CNE-798 About First Connect Health
