Night Auditor Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities: • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 hourly
