Role Overview Seeking a Sr. Security Developer in Identity and Access Management to lead large IAM programs focusing on Privileged Access Management, enhancing security and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Work as PAM engineer using One Identity products to build, deploy, and manage account and session management solutions.

Consult with customers, support teams, and develop process documentation.

Review policies and procedures, support audit activities, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Ensure adherence to security controls and standards, contribute to infrastructure design, and maintain secrets solutions.

Apply Agile Scrum principles and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

8+ years in Information Security or IT, with experience in IAM and Privileged Access Management.

Experience with One Identity Suite or similar PAM technologies, scripting, and APIs.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications like CSM, PSM, or related are preferred.

Knowledge of Agile tools like Jira.
