Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary:
*Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UNIT-supported systems.
*Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
*Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
*Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Requirements:
Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills.*Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:
* Summer, Fall, and Spring position. * UNIT will provide ALL training. *Must have a current drivers license to obtain golf cart certification
Physical Demands Summary:
*Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Wage Rate: $11.25
